上海高速公路网收费系统多路径确认技术的探讨

    摘 要：本文以上海市招商高速公路规划和建设为背景，提出在高速公路规划和建设时存在的二义性和多义性路径问题，这给联网收费在精确分配上所带来的困难。本文着重介绍了目前国内常用的解决二义性和多义性路径问题的方法，比较了各种方法存在的优点和缺点，从而探索出一种联网收费综合经济效益和社会效益俱佳的方法，供人研究参考。

Opinions on Multi-path Selection Technologies in Collecting  Fee System of  The Shanghai Expressway Network

Abstract:  In the planning and construction of Shanghai commercial expressway network, there exists binary-path or multi-path problem which bring difficulties in accurate accounting for network tolling. This paper introduces the domestic commonly-used solution on the binary-path or multi-path problem, compares the strongpoint and shortcoming of varies methods. With this, this paper presents a solution with both good economical benefits and good social benefits for reference.
