上海城市综合交通信息中心平台的技术研究

摘要：上海城市综合交通信息中心的建设已经成为必要，本文从上海市最终以ITS为建设目标的角度，对其技术框架与交通信息平台的安排做了思考和建议方案，同时给出了综合交通信息中心关键技术的研究和实施方向。

Abstract: It is urgent to construct Shanghai Traffic Center. Aiming to realize ITS,  in this paper, technique framework of Shanghai traffic information center is proposed. Some key techniques for completion of traffic center are also discussed.
