现浇薄壁管桩技术在上海北环高速公路地基加固中应用

摘要:本文介绍了现浇混凝土薄壁管桩技术及其在上海北环高速公路软基加固中应用。对现浇薄壁管桩进行了静载试验,结果表明桩容许承载力超过了设计值,满足了工程要求;低应变测试分析结果表明桩身质量完整。研究表明现浇混凝土薄壁管桩技术是高等级公路软基加固中的高效、经济的新技术。

Abstract: Thin-wall Pipe Pile Using Cast-in-situ Concrete (named PCC) technology and the application in soil improvement of Shanghai Beihuan express way are introduced. A series of field detection and in-situ test have been performed. The results show that the bearing capacity satisfies the design capacity and the use of this style pile is successful. The new pile can increase the ground bearing capacity and reduce the ground settlement remarkably. It is expected to be widely used in soil improvement of expressways.
