长三角高速公路联网收费方案研究

摘  要:  本文分析了长三角联网收费的必要性和可行性，针对苏浙沪两省一市高速公路收费系统的现状，提出了实现长三角高速公路网跨区域联网收费的基本思路和建设方案设想。

                Study on the Scheme of Toll Collection of Expressway Network in Yangtse Delta Region

Abstract : In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of toll collection of expressway network in Yangtse delta region is analyzed. Based on the current situation of  toll collection system of expressway networks in Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai region respectively , the fundamental principles and schemes of how to construct this unified toll collection system across the three regions are put forword.
