可变情报板诱导信息发布系统在上海外环线的应用

摘  要：本文介绍了上海外环线（浦西段）监控系统工程中外场情报板信息发布的整个过程；对情报板发布信息的过程进行了阐述；为今后进一步完善自动控制发布信息的策略、调整情报板发布信息的版面提供参考。

           Application of Issuing Guide Message through Changeable Message Sign to Outer Ring Road

Abstract: This article introduces the whole process of field message issuing for supervisory control of Outer Ring Road (Puxi Section). It illuminates the process issuing message through changeable message sign, and provides reference for further optimization automatically controlling strategy for issuing message and for adjusting of layout of changeble message sign.
