    摘要：本文通过介绍上海公园路桥的水上提升法架梁技术，将原多用于房建工程的提升技术应用于桥梁的大型预制构件的水上架设上，以期通过此项技术在桥梁施工领域的拓展应用，为大型预制构件的海上架设创造一个新的方法。

                              A New Technique ---Above-water Hoisting For Bridge Construction

Abstract: A new technique for hoisting beam above water is introduced through the Shanghai Park Road bridge project, which is mainly applied to the housing projects till now, is now developed in the above-water hoisting of large-scale prefabricated structure of bridge. Through its practice in the bridge construction, a new method is created here for the hoisting of large-scale prefabricated structure in the sea.
