摘要：本文论述了乡镇公路建设，极大地改善了青浦水乡交通条件，改善了投资环境，促进了地区社会经济发展。同时也改善了农村出行条件，提高当地老百姓的生活质量，受到广大农民的欢迎。

Abstract: Construction of rural roads improves both traffic condition and investment environment of Qingpu, where is rich of rivers. It promotes local social and economical development as well as living quality of residents, which is welcomed by local farmers.
