加强资金预算管理　提升运输企业经营活力

摘 要：作为一家专业运输企业，如何在围绕运输这一主线，不断发展运输物流、多经物业两大产业群过程中最大限度地盘活资金，本文就实施资金预算管理和企业内部银行的做法，从理论到实践进行总结，就其产生背景、基本内涵、主要做法进行论述，并对取得效果和今后发展方向进行评价。

Abstract: As a specialized transportation enterprise, it’s important to make maximum usage of limited funds in two major industries of transportation and multi-economical asset. This article discusses management of fund budget, internal banking inside enterprises. It sums up theories and practices, discuses its background, contents and practices. Its impacts and developing trends are also evaluated.
