大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制技术

【摘  要】大体积混凝土施工中，由于水泥水化热引起混凝土浇注内部温度和温度应力剧烈变化，由此而产生的温度应力是导致混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因。裂缝会影响混凝土的整体性、防水性和使用的耐久性，因此如何控制裂缝是混凝土施工成败的关键。本文结合工程实际，分析了控制大体积混凝土施工的方法及措施，取得了良好的施工效果。

Technology of Cracks Control in Large Volume Concrete

Abstract: Due to acute change of temperature stress and internal temperature in concrete, large amounts of crack will come into being in large volume concrete construction, and it will affect concrete character such as waterproofness、wear and whole. Thus, crack control is the key of concrete construction. Based on construction practice, the paper analyses the method used in the construction of large volume concrete abutment. The construction results show fine application effects.
