一种新的城市道路通行能力计算方法

摘 要： 本文首先回顾了国内外研究城市道路的通行能力的典型方法，分析了其优缺点、适用性和局限性，然后提出了一种新的城市道路通行能力计算方法—等效通行能力法，它的特点是能够计算城市中的整条道路的通行能力，改变了以往对于城市道路只能局限在对交叉口和路段通行能力分别计算分析的局面。

Abstract: First, typical methods of capacity research are reviewed, their advantages, disadvantages, applicability and limitation are analyzed too. Then a new method of calculating capacity of urban road, method of equivalent capacity, is presented. It can calculate capacity of the entire road other than the old ones that can only calculate capacity of intersections and road sections separately.
