粉喷桩成桩质量检测方法及相关问题分析

摘要  在高速公路软基处理中，粉喷桩施工是隐蔽工程，现有施工机具无法自动地、准确地控制其施工质量。为了保证粉喷桩的施工质量，不仅要在施工过程中控制好原材料质量，做好室内配比试验、现场工艺试验，加强施工技术的管理监督，把好桩位测量放样及各道工序的检查关，还须对施工好的现场桩体进行最终质量检测，以对其施工质量进行全面而准确的判断和评定。通过取芯、标准贯入和无侧限抗压强度试验相结合的检测方法能比较科学的评定粉喷桩的成桩质量，适当比例的抽检可以达到控制粉喷桩施工质量的目的。在宁杭高速公路、沪宁高速公路扩建工程、连盐高速公路、312国道扩建工程等粉喷桩质量检测项目中，根据检测结果及现场施工经验，归纳出了一些常见的问题，并对这些问题进行了具体的分析。

Quality detection method and the analysis of  relative problem on DJM pile

Abstract: Through coring, standard penetration test and unconfined compression strength test, the pile body of DJM can be  evaluated scientifically. The proportional random inspection can gain the end that construction quality of DJM pile is controlled. In the DJM pile quality detection projects of Ninghang expressway, Lianyan expressway, extended projects of Huning expressway, and 312 national highway and so on, based on the result of quality detection and field construction experience, some frequent problems are concluded and  analyzed deeply.    .
