浅谈建设工程项目竣工档案管理

摘要：充分认识建设工程项目竣工档案的重要性，将工程竣工档案管理纳入工程建设全过程，建立健全档案管理网络，制定档案管理办法，在外环线（沪嘉高速公路～吴淞越江工程）工程竣工管理工作中取得较好的成绩。
