沥青路面再生利用的战略性举措

摘要：将废弃材料经过再生处理重新加以利用，具有保护自然资源、保护环境、节约建设资金战略意义，是公路建设与养护的重要举措。为使该技术得以推广应用，需要研究开发相应的再生机械、再生添加剂，以及再生沥青混合料设计与性能评价方法。同时还需要有相关政策与法规的扶持。

                          Recycling an Utilizing of Asphalt Pavement as A Strategic Move

Abstract: Recycling and utilizing of waste asphalt surface materials are an important strategy move for highway construction and maintenance, which can protect natural resources and environments, and can economize construction fund. In order to popularize recycling technology, it is necessary to research recycling machines, recycling additive, design methods and performance evaluation methods of recycling asphalt mixtures. In addition, it is important for recycling technology to have a support of policy and regulation.
