一种完全式拱铰的设计与分析

摘要:本文介绍了应用在昆山玉峰大桥主拱拱脚处的一种完全铰式的拱铰,详细阐述了它的构造和功能。采用半理论半经验公式及非线性有限元接触分析两种方法对其进行分析计算,并指出半理论半经验公式计算结果的保守。非线性有限元接触分析的结果表明此拱铰完全满足构造和受力的要求。可作为其他桥梁特别是拱桥的关键连接部位设计的参考。

Design and analysis of A Full-type arch hinge

Abstract: A kind of full arch hinge is introduced, which applied to the main arch of Kunshan Yufeng bridge in the foot. The structure and function is discussed in detail. Two methods, half theory-half experience formula method and nonlinear finite element contact analysis method are adopted to calculate. Then point out that the result of first method is conservative. The result of second method indicates that this kind of hinge entirely meets require of the structure and the bearing capacity. This hinge can be reference to other bridge, especially arch bridge.
