A Few Considerable Points during Expressway Construction

Abstract: During whole process of expressway construction, a few considerable points, such as rules and alignment selection, project establishment and construction duration, directly affect engineering quality, investment benefit and reasonable utilization of resources. They are crucial to make expressway run in good cycle.
