试论工程项目低标中标对公路总体投资的影响

摘要：公路工程建设资金的有效投入，对公路使用年限至关重要，而公路建成后的养护，一般情况下，只能维持建成后的公路状况，减缓公路使用品质的衰退。要想通过养护来改善公路的使用品质，不但很难达到原设计的要求，而且总体资金的投入，将远远大于该公路应该投入的资金值。

 The Discussion about the Impact of Successful Bit at Low Offer on the        Overall Investment of Highway

  Abstract: The effective investment on the construction of highway is essential to the duration of the project, and the following maintenance is only effective on maintaining the normal condition of the highway, and delaying the deterioration of its overall quality. To improve the quality of highway through maintenance, it is not only hard to achieve designing requirement, but the overall investment will be much larger than it should be.
