改善SBS聚合物改性沥青储存稳定性的措施

  摘要:传统的SBS改性沥青是通过搅拌、剪切等物理方法将SBS均匀的分散于沥青中,SBS与沥青并没有发生明显的化学反应,仅仅是物理意义上的混溶。本文研究通过向SBS与沥青混合过程中加入化学助剂,使沥青与SBS之间以及SBS之间形成网络结构,改善沥青与SBS之间的储存稳定性,提高改性沥青的使用性能。

                The Method of Improving the Storage Stability

                     of SBS Polymer Modified Asphalt

Abstract: Conventional SBS modification is distributed in asphalt by some physical methods such as mixing round and cutting, without obvious chemical interaction. By adding a special chemical assistant to the SBS modified asphalt, network structure can be formed between SBS and asphalt, and among SBS. So the storage stability and the service performance of modified asphalt will be improved.
