厂拌冷再生技术在高速公路基层的应用研究

摘　要：厂拌冷再生技术具有广阔的应用前景，本文阐述了利用改性乳化沥青和泡沫沥青作为主要稳定剂的冷再生混合料配合比设计；在室内实验的基础上对冷再生柔性基层进行了结构设计；结合高速公路的试验路工程总结了厂拌冷再生混合料的拌和、摊铺及碾压工艺。

Application of Cold Mix Asphalt Recycling in Freeway’s Base Course

Abstract: Cold mix asphalt recycling technology has a wide application prospect. This paper elaborates cold recycling mix (CRM) design using emulsified bitumen and foamed bitumen as a main stabilizer; and then design the structure of flexible base layer of CRM on the base of laboratory’s test. Finally in term of experimental road, conclude the techniques of mixing, paving and compacting of Cold Mix Asphalt Recycling material.
