外环线沥青混凝土路面注浆加固抢修

摘要：本文针对外环线大型车道路面沉陷、碎裂、坑塘等缺损严重，维修与交通矛盾突出，表面补坑、加罩效果不佳，为此采用SD系列地聚合物灌浆材料在环西二大道、大型车道进行注浆加固试验，经对注浆前后回弹弯沉值的检测以及应用观察表明，加固补强效果明显，实现了非开挖无障碍加固的目的，取得了良好的经济、技术和社会效益，值得推广应用。

Asphalt pavement strengthening by Grouting in Outer Line Highway

Abstract: Serious distresses, such as subsidence, spalling, potholes, have occurred in Outer Line Highway. Considering the contradiction between trafficability and repairing, Grouting using SD polymer is tested in the distressed truck line. Results of deflection testing show that it can obviously improve the pavement strength, but needn’t excavate the surface, which benefits the cost and society so it has the prospect of extensive use in engineering.
