基于抗裂性能的水泥稳定碎石级配组成研究 孙兆辉 (同济大学道路与交通工程教育部重点试验室) 摘要:本文运用级配设计理论,针对水泥稳定碎石基层易产生开裂这一缺陷,在总结已有研究成果的基础上,选取了6种典型集料级配设计方案,通过无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、干缩及温缩试验,优选了抗裂性能良好的水泥稳定碎石集料级配设计方法和设计方案,为工程应用提供参考。 关键词:水泥稳定碎石 级配组成; 劈裂强度; 干缩 Research on Gradation Composing of Cement-stabilized Macadam Based on Crack Resistance SUN Zhao-hui Abstract: The default of cement-stabilized macadam base course is easily to crack. In this paper using gradation composing theory, the performance of six kinds of aggregate gradation were tested including unconfined compression strength, splitting tensile strength, dry and thermal shrinkage property. From the testing results the gradation with highest crack resistance is recommended to use in engineering.
