沥青混合料生产质量影响因素分析

摘 要：本文通过工地的调研和实践，探讨了集料生产与管理以及拌和楼调试对沥青混合料生产质量的影响。结果表明，确保集料规格的稳定性和除尘的连续性有益于沥青混合料的质量，在稳定冷料的情况下，才能正确调试热料仓配合比。同时本研究也表明，较大的最小筛孔布置以及较小的产量有利于除尘效率的提高。

Analysis of Affecting factors of Asphalt Mixtures’ Produce Quality

Abstract: Based on the investigation and practice in construction sites, affection of aggregates’ crashing & managing and adjusting of mixing plant on the produce quality of asphalt mixtures was discussed here. The results show that it’s reasonable to ensure the stability of aggregates standard and the continuity of dust precipitation. The proportion of aggregates in hot storehouse can be changed only after aggregates in cold storehouse achieve stabilization. Bigger minimum sieve and lower output will benefit the enhancement of dust precipitation.
