钢管混凝土桥拱的质量控制与检测 张 娟 (上海科金工程检测有限公司,201200) 摘要:本文阐述了如何通过前期的模拟段试验来验证钢管混凝土优化的配合比并获取超声法、敲击法测试结合面质量和混凝土芯样强度的测试参数,以便较有把握地在工程应用段运用以超声法为主、敲击法为辅的方法来测试混凝土与钢管的结合面质量,最后用钻芯法来验证混凝土质量,以达到综合评价钢管混凝土质量和及时发现、修补质量问题的目的。 关键词:钢管混凝土;钢管简支拱;倒灌顶升法;膨胀收缩率;水化反应热;超声法;敲击法;钻芯法 Quality Control and Detection for Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Arch Bridge ZHANG Juan (Shanghai Kejin Engineering Exploration Co. Ltd.) Abstract: The verification method for the optimum mix ratio of concrete filled steel tube according to the early model test has been introduced including the method with ultrasonic, knock and drilling for the test parameters. The quality control and detection method has been recommended with ultrasonic method mainly with knock method auxiliary for the bonded performance between concrete with steel tube, the drilling for sample method for the concrete quality at last. The general method can appraisal objectively for the quality of concrete filled steel tube.
