公路静态安全管理技术研究

摘要本文从静态安全管理的角度,借鉴国内外道路安全和管理学的相关研究成果,对公路静态安全管理的核心内容与技术进行研究。文章深入分析了公路静态安全管理的目的、内容和管理的周期,基于公路安全水平的定量评价和等级划分建立了安全管理的标准,并构建了管理对策及决策模型,最后提出了公路静态安全管理的工作流程。该研究成果对于提高公路安全管理水平具有积极的指导意义。

Research on Highway Static Safety Management Technology

Abstract: This paper is focused on the core contents and technologies of highway static safety management, including its aim, content and management period. The management standard based on the quantitative safety evaluation and the safety level classification has been proposed. Moreover, the models for providing strategies and making decisions have been established. At last, the work flow of highway static safety management was put forward. This research result is supposed to improve the management level of highway safety.
