水泥混凝土道面快速修复材料的性能与应用

Abstract: In order to satisfy the rapid patching requirements for airfield cement concrete pavement, a new type of patching material and corresponding construction technology are developed. Through laboratory tests and practical applications, the new material is proved high early-strength, high bonding strength with old concrete, low drying shrinkage, strong abrasion resistance, steady long-term performance and lower cost, it can be applied to restore the damaged pavement during 4~5 hours when no airplanes take off or land at night. Key words: airfield;cement concrete pavement; rapid patching; high-early strength concrete 排水性沥青路面降温性与效果分析 宋宪发,凌建明,朱方海 (同济大学 道路与交通工程教育部重点实验室,上海200092) 摘要:论文对车辙产生的原因作详细论述,并提出沥青路面降温的必要性及关键面层。针对各面层降温的程度不同,因此在国内比较早地在各面层中埋设温度传感器,监测中面层及下面层温度,对不同面层进行温度比较分析。结果表明,排水性沥青路面对中面层和下面层的降温程度均比SMA路面高。中面层降温效果的显著将有助于节约修筑道路的资金,降低修筑成本。 关键词:车辙;降温;中面层;下面层;排水性路面 The Thermal Reduction property and Effect of Porous Asphalt Pavement SONG Xian-fa,LING Jian-ming,ZHU Fang-hai (key Laboratory of Road and Traffic Engineering of the Ministry of Education, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China) Abstract: This paper reviewed the causes of asphalt pavement rutting, and pointed out the necessary of pavement thermal reduction research. The thermal sensors were settled into the pavement to survey the thermal reduction of different type asphalt mixture used in middle and binder courses. The results show that porous asphalt pavement’s thermal reduction is better than the SMA pavement. Using this middle course can decrease rutting and save cost. 就地热再生在京沪高速公路上的应用 符 适 何 学 春 (江苏高速公路工程养护有限公司,江苏,淮安223001) 摘要:我国公路建设飞速发展,建设了大量沥青路面,大量沥青路面的投入使用,也提出了如何进行维修养护的问题,而就地热再生以其快速、经济、环保等特点掀起了养护作业方式的革命,对资源的再生利用和可持续发展起了积极的作用。结合京沪高速公路就地热再生工程的圆满完工,从实践论证了就地热再生的可行性和必要性。 关键词:就地热再生 再生沥青 养护技术 Application of Hot in-place Recycling Technique for Asphalt Pavement in Jing-Hu highway FU Shi HE Xue-chun Abstract: with highway rapid development in our country, a large number of asphalt pavement have been builded, the following maintenance becomes more important. 试论全寿命分析法在路面设计中的应用贾晓阳 (同济大学 上海 200092) 摘 要:全寿命设计方法是一项较新的设计理念,将其用于路面设计目前为止还不多。讨论了美国相关法案 (Pavement Division Interim Technical Bulletin)中的路面全寿命分析(LCCA)方法,并基于该思路提出了路面全寿命设计方法,试图建立全寿命路面设计的初步体系。 关键字:路面设计方法;全寿命;寿命周期费用 Discuss on the application of total life analysis in pavement design JIA xiao-yang Abstract: Total life analysis is a new kind of analysis method, but it is unusually used in pavement design. This paper firstly discussed Life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA) in pavement design from Pavement Division Interim Technical Bulletin in U.S.. Then the total life pavement design method based on LCCA has been proposed. And some efforts are also made to build a system of total life analysis in pavement design. 非均布荷载下层间接触条件对 桥面沥青铺装层力学响应的影响分析 胡 晓 贾 璐 孙立军 (同济大学道路与交通工程教育部实验室,上海 200092) 摘 要:通过三维有限元的方法,分析非均布荷载,层间接触条件不同时桥面铺装层内的力学响应差异。结果表明在铺装材料和结构的设计中需要考虑非均布荷载的影响,层间接触条件的变化将导致铺装层内的应力应变的重分布,使沥青铺装层处于极其不利的应力状态。 关键词:桥面沥青铺装;非均布荷载;层间接触;三维有限元 Mechanical Response of Asphalt Pavement on Bridge Decks under Non-uniform Distribution Loading with Different Interlayer Contact Conditions HU Xiao JIA Lu SUN Li-jun Abstract: The 3D FEM is employed to analyze the mechanical response of asphalt pavement on bridge decks under non-uniform distribution loading with different interlayer contact conditions. The results show that it is necessary to consider the non-uniform distribution load in the material and structure design of the asphalt pavement on bridge decks. The change of the interlay contact conditions will lead the stress and strain in asphalt layer to increase and redistribute. It will cause more severe distress in asphalt pavement. WU Teng GE Yao-jun XIONG Jie YE Xiao-ping Abstract: The form, magnitude, multiple presence factors and dynamic load allowance of vehicular live loads are discussed, which have been selected in three general codes for design of highway bridges and culverts of different historical periods in recent years in the homeland. The responses of the selected structure which are aroused by vehicular live loads are comparatively systematically are analyzed and compared in the paper. Study on Comprehensive Reinforce Technology and Load Carries Grade Exaltation of Bridge YUAN Xin LI Xue-wei CHENG Ying-cai Abstract:Baishui harbor Bridge of Hubei, originally designed as rigid-framed arch bridges for truck-load 20 and trailer-load-100tons. The enforcement and widen design should be done in order to raise the load carry grade to the highway class I. The techniques plan with steel-bonded strengthening is introduced with construction crafts, the bridge spreaded with reinforced concrete layer and the technique of reformation are applied to the rigid-frame arch bridges. Keywords:rigid-frame arch bridge;steel-bonded strengthening;entire layer of reinforced concrete;reformation of widening, bridge reinforcement 大跨径连续梁实桥构件刚度模态识别方法 袁红茵 戴永相 (广州市市政园林局,广东省广州市 510060) 摘要: 提出一种利用低阶测试模态对桥梁构件抗弯刚度进行有限权量平差的最小二乘解识别方法。通过对主跨110m的3跨变截面连续箱梁广州大桥主桥实桥梁体抗弯刚度进行数值模拟识别及结合桥梁现场动静载试验进行识别结果,表明此方法利用现有的测试技术对大跨径连续梁桥进行抗弯刚度识别误差是常规最小二乘解识别误差的约1/8~1/10,识别精度得到了极大的改善。 关键词: 大跨径连续梁 构件刚度 有限权量平差 识别方法 A flexural rigidity modal identification method for long-span continuous girder bridge YUAN Hong-yin, DAI Yong-xiang,Abstract:A least-square solution with finite power indirect adjustment method of flexural rigidity identification method for long-span continuous girder bridge is developed by using lower measured accurate modes. The numerical analysis and dynamic-static test verification with a full-scale three-span continuous beam of Guangzhou-Bridge habe been done in order to identify the flexural rigidity of structures and to verify the sensitivity of measured errors. The analyzed result shows that the method could be quite satisfied with engineering requirements. It is testified by an example that the method can get a rational design and reduce the workload of optimization for a complex bridge. The article analyzes the traffic condition of the Shanghai ‘s expressway system in the first half year of 2006 and proposed that it should consider the speed, flow and saturation as a whole when evaluating a road’s traffic condition, keywords Expressway, Traffic Condition, Contrast Analysis 平面道路错位交叉口的信号配时优化方法研究 刘文婷1 马万达2 (同济大学交通运输工程学院1 上海理工大学管理学院2) 摘要:错位信号控制交叉口由于其几何拓扑结构的特殊性导致不能够用常规的单点信号控制方法进行信号配时。本文针对错位交叉口的信号配时问题,提出两种可能的配时方法。其一为将两个交叉口作为一个交叉口来处理进行信号配时的方法,其二为将两个交叉口进行绿波协调控制的方法。以上海市某错位交叉口为应用案例,利用VISSIM仿真软件对上述两种方法进行对比分析。以车均延误、排队长度、通行能力和停车次数为指标,综合分析了两种方法各自的适用性。 关键词:错位交叉口; 信号优化; 绿波协调控制 The study of signal optimization method in at-grade staggered intersection LIU Wen-ting MA Wan –da Abstract: The signal control of staggered intersection can’t use common signalpoint control method for its particular geometry topological structure. The paper presents two possible signaling methods, one is taking two intersections as one to signal, and the other is applying green wave coordination control method.
