摘要:本文论述了以连续梁为基本体系的系杆拱桥设计与施工的相关经验,其内容主要对象是中承式及下承式系杆拱桥,论文中有关内容是实桥经验的总结,包括总体布置、拱梁尺寸,配索要求。施工方法是无支架施工工艺及转体施工工艺等;同时介绍了钢管拱肋灌注混凝土管内压力分布及利用连续千斤顶顶升或提升纵、横梁的新工艺。论文具有较强的实用性,可供读者参考。

Design and construction research for concrete tied-arch bridge (continuation)

               ----combined bridge with continuous beam and arch

Abstract: The paper presents the design of the tied-arch bridge based on continuous beam and the construction practices. The subjects of the research are half-through tie-arch bridges and through tie-arch brides. The generalization of the bridge construction practices are made in the paper, including general layout, arch beam size and cable arrangements requirements. The construction method is construction technique without support and turning construction technique. The tube pressure state of the arch rib and the new techniques such as lifting and jacking-up longitudinal girder and beam using continuous jack. The paper is practical and helping for the readers.

         桩承式路堤在软土地基公路拓宽工程中的应用

                 Application of Piled Embankment in Extension Engineering on Soft Soil Foundation

Abstract : The piled embankment is an effective method for controlling the post-construction settlement of embankment which has been emerged recently. It has a lot of merits, such as minor settlement, convenient construction and reliable quality. The paper introduces the feature and design considerations of the piled embankment by a real case , which can be a reference for engineers.

旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层力学分析

Mechanical Analysis of Asphalt Overlay on

 Old Cement Pavement

Abstract: The paper analyzes the stress state of asphalt overlay on the traffic load with the 3-D finite element method. Furthermore it contrasts these stress states under different parameters of old cement pavement, so as to analyze the factors which influence the service performance of the overlay and provide some experience and advice for the similar project.

青岛市互通式立交的选型与探讨

摘 要: 阐述了青岛市四方港区中瑞昌路与环胶州湾高速路的立交的设计中的型式的比选,从安全、经济、功能、结合城市规划等方面进行了论证,对港区高速公路立交选型具有一定的参考作用,其中的老桥利用方案充分考虑利用原有资源,总结了一些值得注意的经验。

The Type Selection and Discussion of Interchange in Qingdao City

Abstract: The paper describes the type selection of the interchange of Ruichang Road and Huanjiaozhouwan Highway in Sifanggang district of Qingdao, and then gives some demonstrations to the final scheme in terms of safety, economy, function, and city planning, which can be a reference for the type selection of interchange in port highway. The experiences worthy to referring are summarized through the scheme of resuming the existing old bridge.

振动法设计水泥稳定碎石在申嘉湖高速公路的应用

摘 要:为提高半刚性基层路用性能,采用振动法设计水泥稳定碎石混合料,并应用于浙江省申嘉湖高速公路半刚性基层的铺筑。设计及检测结果表明,振动法确定的水泥稳定碎石最大干密度大,振动成型试件抗压强度远大于静压成型试件抗压强度。试验段检测结果表明:振动法设计的水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度与现场芯样的无侧限抗压强度基本吻合。采用优化的骨架密实型级配,并采用振动法设计的混合料在拌和、运输、摊铺及碾压中未发现明显离析,使用现有的施工设备,以振动法确定的最大干密度作为标准密度,基层压实度标准可定为98%。严格采用振动法设计结果施工的基层路用性能显著提高。

Application of Cement Stabilized Macadam Designed by Vibration Method to Shen-Jia-Hu Freeway

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of semi-rigid base pavement, this paper adopts Vibration Method to design Cement Stabilized Macadam (CSM) and applies it to Shen-Jia-Hu freeway in ZheJiang province. The results of experiment and field detection indicate that the maximum dry density of CSM designed by vibration method is greater, its compressive strength is much larger than the static pressure forming specimen. The unconfined compression strength of CSM designed by vibration method is in concordance with the field Core Sample. There is no obvious segregation in the process of mixing, transportation, paving and rolling for the mixtures using the optimized dense framework structure gradation and designed by the vibration method. Using this method, the standard of the base course compaction ratio can be 98%.The Pavement Performance of this base course can improve observably.

磁梯度法在钻孔桩钢筋笼长度检测中的研究

摘要:基桩工程中桩体内部钢筋笼长度是否按设计施工难以验证,以往的测试仪器及测试方法难以给予准确的判定。理论上,钢筋笼长度的变化反映了竖向磁性物理量的变化,因此沿钢筋笼轴向的磁梯度将产生明显的变化。本文根据这一特点结合某高速公路桩基工程中的应用实例对成桩后测试钢筋笼长度的原理及数据分析方法进行分析。理论分析及实例表明,钢筋笼磁梯度测试曲线与基桩低应变反射波法测试曲线有极其相似的特点。

The Research on the Length Detection of Bored Pile Steel Reinforcement Cage Using the Magnetic Gradient Method

Abstract It is hard to validate whether the length of the steel reinforcement cage (SRC) in the pile body interior of foundation pile construction is constructed according to the design, and hard to give an exact judgment with previous test apparatus and method. Theoretically, the change of the SRC length reflects the diversification of the vertical magnetic, so there will be obvious change on the magnetic gradient along the axial direction of the SRC. According to this feature, combined with the practical example of pile foundation engineering of some freeway, the paper analyses the theory of SRC length detection and data analysis method. The theory analysis and the example indicate that the test curve of the SRC magnetic gradient is extremely similar to the test curve of low-strain reflection wave method.

上海长江大桥设计技术简述

摘要: 上海长江大桥是国家公路网规划中上海至西安高速公路的重要组成部分,是目前我国最大的公路与轨道交通合建的跨江桥梁。设计中开发与应用了公轨合建组合梁、大型预制构件、节段拼装主梁等设计新技术,为大桥的建设提供了技术支撑。本文就上海长江大桥的设计技术作简要介绍。

                        Design technology introduction for Shanghai Yangtze Bridge

Abstract: Shanghai Yangtze Bridge is one important part of the Shanghai-Xi’an Highway in state highway net plan, which is also the largest bridge across the river for railway and highway. In the design, integral combination beam for railway and highway, large prefabricated part and segmental main beam techniques are presented which are technical support for the bridge construction. A brief introduction of the design technique of the Shanghai Yangtze Bridge is made.

多种型式系杆拱桥的成拱工艺及经济比较

:本文就四座系杆拱桥的不同材料、断面形状以及成拱工艺,作出技术经济比较,实践证明钢管混凝土桥拱肋形状为箱形或桁架式时,具有工程造价低、施工进度快的优点,钢筋混凝土工字形拱肋造价接近于全钢箱形拱肋,但后者自重轻,施工进度快,质量可靠的优点。本文资料可供建设单位及设计者参考。

Construction technique and economy comparison of various tied arch bridge

Abstract: This paper presents the technical & economic comparison of  various tied arch bridges, which have the distinction in material, shape and construction methods. It has proven in practice that steel pipe-concrete arch bridge has the advantage of low project cost and rapid construction progress, which has the rectangular or truss shape. The project cost of reinforced concrete arch is close to the all steel arch, but the latter has the advantage of light weight, rapid construction progress and reliable quality. This paper can be referred by designer and investor.

摘要:绍兴市迪荡新城1#桥是迪荡新城开发区的重点市政配套项目,该桥设计充分注重结构本体的景观功能及桥体与新城沿河规划景观的协调,采用了多跨连续的低高度预应力混凝土板梁及弧形水幕观光平台,桥型轻盈美观。本文对该桥的结构特点、景观设计及结构计算分析等进行了简要介绍。

Design of Didang New Town No.1 bridge in shaoxing City

The scenic function are concerned to harmonize the new town landscape planning along river in combination with continuous prestressed concrete plate girder bridge and arch water-sightseeing platform. The structure characteristics, landscape design and structure analysis are all introduced.

双层越江公路隧道联络通道冻结法施工技术

摘 要:介绍了上海复兴东路越江隧道工程联络通道冻结法施工方案。针对上海复兴东路越江隧道的双层隧道联络通道结构偏心的特点,对联络通道冰冻法施工作了详细的叙述,特别是对开挖与构筑施工,给出了具体的施工步骤,可作为类似工程的参考。

                     Freezing construction technique for double-layer passage of cross-river tunnel

Abstract: This paper introduces the freezing construction plan for the passage of the Shanghai East Fuxing Road Tunnel. The freezing construction technique of contact access is depicted in details, aiming at the characteristic of structure eccentricity. The author provides the material construction process in digging and construction which can be referred by the similar projects.

基于GPS的南浦大桥动响应监测及刚度损伤预估

摘要:为了建立实测动响应与大跨径桥梁健康状况的紧密联系,本文建立了基于GPS的南浦大跨桥梁结构健康监测系统,提出了基于实测动挠度的整桥刚度损伤预估方法。首先根据桥梁结构仿真计算结果及GPS系统的监测特点,建立了桥梁动态线形变化的实时监测系统;然后根据监测数据分析了桥梁运营过程中的结构动响应分布规律,最后通过有限元迭代的方法,进行了桥梁整体刚度损伤的预估。分析结果表明,本文提出的南浦大桥GPS监测系统能有效地对桥梁进行关键受力部位的实时在线监测,评估方法建立了实测数据与结构健康状况的紧密联系,为实桥局部损伤定位及维护提供了理论基础。

Dynamic Response Monitoring and Stiffness Degradation Assessment for Nanpu Bridge Based on GPS

Abstract: In order to establish the relationship between measured dynamic response and health status of long span bridges, a health monitoring system and integrated condition assessment method for Nanpu Bridge based on GPS were presented in this paper. A real time monitoring system was set up according to the calculation results and the characteristics of GPS firstly. The distribution law of dynamic response was analyzed. At last, the whole stiffness degradation assessment of Nanpu Bridge was done by using direct iterative algorithm of the finite element. Analysis results show that the real-time on-line monitoring can be carried out through the proposed monitoring system effectively. The measured dynamic response of the bridge is well corresponded with the health condition of that, and the stiffness degradation assessment can provide theoretical basis for the locating of local damage and maintenance of the bridge.

地理信息系统在桥梁管理系统中的应用与开发

摘要:地理信息系统(GIS)有助于实现桥梁管理系统的各项数据存储、查询及图文互访功能。首先简要介绍桥梁管理系统(BMS)在我国的发展,然后结合上海市桥梁管理系统的功能说明GIS在桥梁管理系统开发过程中的作用。最后给出基于MapObjects的组件式桥梁管理GIS的开发实例。

              The application and development of Geographic Information Systems in Bridge Management System

Abstract: The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) enhance the function of saving and inquiring various data, exchanging between charts and texts in the Bridge Management System (BMS). Firstly, the development of BMS in China is briefly introduced; secondly, this paper illuminates the role of GIS in the developing process of BMS. Finally, a development sample of GIS in the bridge management system based on Map Objects is presented.

水泥稳定碎石新型抗裂材料研究

 : 为提高半刚性基层沥青路面的长期使用性能,基层的裂缝控制是个关键。根据抗裂材料的特性和工程实践,提出了如何正确选择水泥稳定碎石抗裂材料,供设计和施工参考。并对掺膨胀剂和减缩剂水泥稳定碎石力学性能进行了研究,结果表明掺膨胀剂和减缩剂水泥稳定碎石具有良好的抗裂性能。

Study on New Anti-Crack Materials in Cement-Stabilized Macadam

Abstract Crack control in base is crucial to improve the long-term performance of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. Based on the feature of anti-crack materials and engineering practice, the paper proposes how to select accurately anti-crack materials of cement-stabilized macadam, which provides reference for design and construction. In addition, the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized macadam with expansive agent and shrinkage reducing admixture has been studied, which improved have excellent anti-crack performance.

超薄沥青混合料室内试验方法研究

  :超薄沥青混凝土面层是一种摊铺厚度为1.52.5cm之间的细粒式沥青混合料施工工艺,其主要目的是用于旧路的功能性恢复以及新建公路表面功能层。本文在大量室内试验的基础上,探索了超薄沥青混合料室内试验评价方法。

The laboratory Tests Research on Ultra-Thin Asphalt Concrete

Abstract: Ultra-Thin asphalt concrete is a kind of fine aggregate asphalt mixtures which paving thickness is 1.5 to 2.5 cm. The main function of Ultra-thin asphalt concrete is used as resurfacing of old road and functional surface layer of new road. This paper explores the evaluation methods of Ultra-Thin asphalt concrete experiment in lab based on a great deal of laboratory testing.

高性能沥青的研究

摘要: 选用合理的改性剂、掺加比例与掺加工艺,制备高性能沥青,对研发的高性能沥青进行技术指标检验;对高性能沥青混合料进行一系列室内试验,包括车辙试验,劈裂强度试验,浸水马歇尔与冻融劈裂试验等。将高性能沥青的试验结果与SBS改性沥青及其混合料对比分析发现,研发的高性能沥青高温性能得到明显改善,疲劳性能与水稳定性也表现良好。

                           Research on The Superior performance Asphalt

Abstract: Reasonable additives, mixing proportions and mixing technology were selected to produce the superior performance asphalt. The verification of technique indexes of the developed superior performance asphalt was carried on. And a series of laboratory experiments were progressed, such as the test of resistance rutting, the indirect tensile test, the inundation Marshall test and freeze-thaw test and so on. Compared with the SBS modified asphalt and its mixture, a conclusion can be obtained that the high temperature performance of the superior performance asphalt mixture has been remarkably improved. The fatigue characteristic and water stability of the superior performance asphalt mixture work well too.

摘要:沪宁高速公路(江苏段)从20037月起实施八车道改扩建工程,至200611日全线改建完成正式开通。由于是在大流量且不中断交通条件下进行工程建设,交通组织和施工现场管理成为扩建工程成败的关键。简述沪宁高速公路(江苏段)扩建工程中交通组织和施工现场管理的情况,以及在管理活动中的一些启示。

Traffic Organization and Construction Site Management in the Extension Project of Huning Freeway(Jiangsu Section)

Abstract: The eight lanes extension project has been executed on Huning freeway(Jiangsu section) since july,2003,and completed before January 1st,2006. Due to uninterrupted large flow, the traffic organization and construction site management was the key points which effect whether the extension project can succeed or not. The paper describes the situation of the traffic organization and construction site management in this extension project, and some enlightenments in the management activity.
