部分摘要 废旧橡胶低噪音沥青路面的应用性研究
章 力 陈 骥 (上海市青浦区公路(市政)管理署) 摘要:为降低市政道路行车噪声、将废旧轮胎资源化利用,本课题将废旧轮胎胶粉应用于铺筑低噪声沥青路面。研究了废橡胶粉干法改性沥青混合料组成设计方法、路用性能、降噪机理以及施工关键技术,并形成了低噪声路面示范工程。 关键词:低噪声沥青路面;废旧橡胶颗粒;干法;噪声;降噪机理 Study on Low Noise Asphalt Pavement With Recycled Tire RubberZHANG Li CHEN Ji Abstract: In order to reduce the urban road noise caused by traffic and recycle discarded tire rubber, this paper discussed the application of crumb rubber in low noise asphalt pavement. The crumb rubber modified asphalt-mix-design method of dry process, pavement performance, mechanism of noise reduction and key construction technology were studied. 透水性人行道的应用试验研究

At present, there are no definite regulation of material, design, construction and test method in our country. 曹林涛 高启聚 李达辉 李立寒 (同济大学) 摘 要:沥青路面高速公路在我国发展迅速,不少地区在实践中积聚了失败与成功的经验。通过走访调研,收集整理了上海、江苏、山东、湖北和安徽等地的沥青路面设计资料以及路况。根据沥青面层使用材料的不同,把我国沥青路面发展划分为3个阶段。分析指出,我国沥青路面的发展主要围绕新材料的开发应用展开,材料性能设计方法的研究明显投入不足,亟待开展基于路用性能的沥青混合料性能设计方法。 关键词:高速公路 沥青路面 结构设计 材料设计 性能设计 Investigation on Development of Structure & Material Design for Asphalt Pavements of FreewayCAO Lin-tao, GAO Qi-ju LI Da-hui et al Abstract: Asphalt pavements freeway in our country have experienced great development. Failure and success experience was accumulated from practice in different area. Through investigation and visitation, the design data and service conditions of asphalt pavements, in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei and Anhui province, were collected and processed. According to the paving mixing material types used in the surface layer, the development stages of asphalt pavement in our country can be divided into three different phases. Therefore, this paper pointed out that development of asphalt pavement in our country is in accordance with the research and application of new material, and the investment on asphalt material performance design method is obviously not enough. And then, mixing design method based on pavements performance for asphalt mixtures is urgently to be developed. 辉绿岩作为沥青混凝土上面层集料的应用研究
耿 敏1 ,高尚2 (江苏连徐高速公路管理有限公司;徐州市高速公路建设指挥部) 摘要 本文通过室内试验和现场试验的方式,对辉绿岩作为沥青混凝土上面层集料的应用进行研究,得出了辉绿岩集料的各种物理、力学性质,辉绿岩拌制的沥青混合料的各项指标,试铺路段各种路用指标,证明了辉绿岩作为沥青混凝土上面层集料是完全可行的;最后提出辉绿岩作为沥青混凝土上面层集料应用的施工工艺。 关键词: 室内试验; 现场试验; 施工工艺; 道路;上面层集料 Study on the application of the diabase aggregate in wearing surface layer in asphalt pavementGENG Min , GAO Shang Abstract: The application of the diabase aggregate of wearing surface layer in asphalt pavement was studied in this paper through indoor and field tests. The physical and mechanical properties of diabase, the index of asphalt mixture with diabase aggregate, the performance index of experimental section were obtained which fully proved the feasibility of the usage of diabase in wearing surface layer. 连续梁桥固定墩的抗震设计方法研究

王亚辉 陈志强 (中 交一公局厦门工程有限公司) 摘 要:针对某高速公路大桥在施工过程中桩基出现下沉的现象,对钻孔桩承载力不够的原因进行探讨,分析了摩擦桩实际承载力与设计不符的几个主要的影响因素:泥浆性能、泥皮厚度、沉渣厚度的影响及桩基承载力的计算公式和参数,及其与现实条件不符的所造成的影响,同时提出采用锚杆静压桩进行桩基加固的方法。 关键词:钻孔桩;承载力;加固方案 Investigation of the Insufficient Capacity of Drilled Pile Foundation and its Retrofit WANG Ya-hui , CHEN Zhi-qiang Abstract: Observing the settlement of one highway bridge’s pile foundation during construction, several reasons which contribute to the insufficient capacity are investigated. some major influential factors including slurry performance, thickness of slurry skin on pile,thickness of sediment, the design capacity formula and factors are analyzed. 摘要:质量功能展开(QFD)方法是一种顾客驱动的方法,可以把顾客的需求引入设计过程,有效地改善设计过程。通过对QFD方法进行分析的基础上,认为QFD方法可用于桥梁规划、设计、生产和施工等的分析决策,并研究了该方法在桥梁工程中应用的基本目标和应用步骤。最后通过实例分析证明了该方法很方便地将业主和使用者的需求转变成桥梁方案的功能要求和主要技术指标,确定桥梁设计中的关键技术指标,从而改进桥梁设计的质量,更好地满足业主和使用者的需求。 关键词:桥梁工程;质量功能展开法;需求;功能要求;技术指标 Application of QFD Method in Bridge Engineering MA Jun-hai, CHEN Ai-rong Abstract: The quality function deployment (QFD) method is client-driven and can introduce the requirements of clients into design procedure to improve design procedure. Based on the analysis of QFD method, the potential implementation of QFD method is considered can be apply into planning, design, product and construction of bridge, the fundamental objects and procedure of implementation of QFD method in bridge engineering are studied too. Finally, it is proved through the example that QFD method can expediently interpret owners’ and users’ needs into the functional requirements, then into technical specifications to improve the quality of bridge design and meet the needs of owner and users. In this paper, the secondary navigation bridge, a 160m spans continuous rigid-frame bridge, are introduced, the common problems and corresponding measures are discussed too. The results can be referred to the design of similar bridges. 服务于路网诱导的可变信息板研究
杨志清, 柳本民,郭忠印 (同济大学交通运输工程学院) 摘要:可变信息板(VMS)是进行路网诱导的有效方式,而国内在这方面的研究和应用还处于起步阶段。以工程实际为出发点,首先采用模糊聚类法进行诱导路网的选择研究;然后考虑驾驶员对VMS的反应,研究VMS可变信息板的选型;再结合现有规范,从施工与认知性的角度,提出VMS版面设计中应该遵循的原则,并给出示例;最后考虑驾驶过程中驾驶员的认知性特点,采用State Preference方法的研究结论,提出了VMS的设置原则。研究结果及相关建议,对VMS在路网诱导中的应用具有重要的借鉴作用。 关键词:可变信息板;VMS;路网;诱导;标志 The Research of Variable Message Sign Serve for Road Network InducementYANG Zhi-qing, LIU Ben-min, GUO Zhong-yin Abstract: Variable message sign (VMS), as an efficient way for road network inducement, is just underway in China. Based on fuzzy clustering, a road network classification method is presented firstly, and then the type-choosing criterion of VMS is introduced by considering the response of drivers to VMS. Furthermore, combining the current criterions and engineering practice, a group of principles are provided for VMS design and demonstrated by an example. At last, using the conclusion of State Preference method, the VMS location criterions are presented by considering driver’s cognitive characteristics. The conclusions and suggestions in this paper will be an important reference for the application of VMS on road network inducement. 大型车对道路通行能力影响分析
王小生1 ,云美萍2 (上海科达市政交通设计院;同济大学) 摘要:大型车占混合交通流较大比重时,现有车辆换算系数和大型车对通行能力的影响系数不能适用;本研究对大型车为主的城市道路通行能力进行了探讨,利用跟车模型,对纯小客车车流和纯大型车车流通行能力进行分析。结果表明,对于主干路以下级别城市道路,大型车换算系数规范所取的2~3偏大;根据行车速度,按纯小客车车流和纯大型车车流的通行能力比值来选取大型车换算系数更加合理;当大型车比例大于0.7时,可以用相应的混合流量通行能力来代表。 关键词:大型车;通行能力;换算系数;折减系数;跟车模型 The Influence of Heavy-vehicle on Urban Road CapacityWANG Xiao-sheng YUN Mei-ping Abstract: When heavy-vehicle taking a big proportion in mixed traffic flow,the existing standard vehicle equivalents and decreasing modulus of heavy-vehicle for capacity cannot reflect the actual traffic volume. Based on car-following model,the paper analyzed urban road capacity in different situations including car only,heavy-vehicle only, and mixed traffic flow when heavy-vehicle engrosses an obvious proportion. The result indicates that standard vehicle equivalents using 2~3 is unreasonable great for the below artery urban road. It’s more reasonable to use the ratio of urban road capacity in heavy-vehicle and cars as standard vehicle equivalents. when the proportion of heavey-vehicle is above 70 percent, the corresponding standard vehicle equivalents of mix traffic flow capcity can be used. 周 立,葛耀君 (同济大学土木工程防灾国家重点实验室) 摘要:利用我国1977~2005年间通货膨胀率、国债利率、社会折现率相关数据,以及国际组织的统计资料,建议对在全寿命经济分析中财务评价的折现率采用2%~3%。通过对我国及世界主要国家的社会折现率的分析,对国民经济评价中社会折现率的确定给出了在7%~8%基础上按年份适当递减的建议。 关键词:全寿命经济 财务评价 国民经济评价 折现率 Discount Rates of the Life Cycle Cost Analysis ZHOU Li, GE Yao-jun Abstract: Utilizing the relevant data of Chinese 1977~2005 inflation rate, sovereign debt rate, social discount rate and other statistic data from international organizations, this paper suggested that the discount rate in the financial evaluate of life cycle cost analysis should be 2%~3%. Through the analysis of social discount rate of our country and abroad, the study suggested that the social discount rate in economic evaluation should be decreased annually on the basic of 7%~8% .
