闵行区水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层及防反射裂缝方法研究
徐 雷 (闵行区公路管理署) 摘 要:由于水泥混凝土路面自身的特点及其路面施工及设计方面的缺陷,在行车和自然因素的作用下,路面不可避免地会出现各种病害,而水泥混凝土路面修复困难,修补工作量较大且影响使用。现今在旧水泥混凝土面层上加铺沥青混凝土层,是改善其使用性能和提高其承载能力的一项常用措施。这里结合闵行区实际情况,具体分析水泥混凝土路面加罩过程中极易产生的问题—反射裂缝,提出解决措施。 关键词:旧水泥混凝土路面;沥青混凝土路面;加铺罩面 Research on Anti-reflective Crack of Overlaying Asphalt Layer on CCP in Minhang District XU Lei Abstract: As a result of the own characteristics, the limitation of design and construction, the cement concrete pavement (CCP) inevitably distressed by traffic loading and environmental factors. The maintenance of CCP is difficult and costly, even it effects the traffic. Nowadays, overlaying asphalt layer is a common measurement to improve its service performance and bearing capacity. Combing the actual situations of Minhang District, the paper puts forward the solution method for reflective crack which is the most easily occurred problems in overlaying pavement. Review of paving technology of Colour Asphalt Pavement and its development HAI De-jun Abstract:The simplified review of colour asphalt pavement and its function have been taken in this paper. The key technology for design and construction of colour hot mix asphalt pavement are discussed in detail. 新型长寿命沥青路面结构力学指标的正交分析 舒富民,钱振东,唐健娟 (东南大学交通学院, 南京 210096) 摘要:针对我国高速公路多采用半刚性基层沥青路面结构,国外多为柔性基层结构,提出复合式基层结构。通过引进国外长寿命路面设计理念,提出新型长寿命沥青路面结构的力学设计指标;运用正交试验方法,设计了正交表L32(49),通过极差分析得出影响力学设计指标的最不利因素,提出路面结构的最优组合。 关键词:复合式基层;长寿命沥青路面;力学指标;正交试验 Orthogonal Analysis on Mechanical Indexes of New-Type Perpetual Asphalt Pavement SHU Fu-min QIAN Zhen-dong Abstract:Semi-rigid base pavement structure is commonly used for freeway in China, while flexible base is used abroad. The composite base was suggested in the paper. Base on the design concept for perpetual pavement abroad, mechanical design indexes for new-type perpetual asphalt pavement structure were proposed. An orthogonal array L32(49) was designed by orthogonal test method. The most unfavorable factors affecting mechanical design indexes are presented, and the optimal combination of pavement structure are concluded through range analysis. 摘要:新颖自锚式悬索桥的主缆采用钢管混凝土索套的半刚性索;加劲梁采用预应力混凝土箱梁,主缆作为预应力体外索,在跨中正弯矩区段穿入箱梁内,托起箱梁并起主缆中央扣的作用,形成梁索组合结构。桥梁的恒载由主缆承担,预应力混凝土箱梁承担主缆索力的水平分力,箱梁用于减少自锚式悬索桥的活载作用下的挠度,并承担压力与弯矩。这类桥梁建筑高度约为 关键词:自锚式悬索桥;体外索;转体施工; 盆式支座 Design and swing Construction Technique for new self-anchored suspension bridge WANG Feng-xia Abstract: A new kind of self-anchored suspension bridge is designed in the paper. Its main cable is made of half-rigid rope which is surrounded by the concrete steel tube; The prestress concrete box girders are used as stiffened girder;The cables are anchored both in the end and in the middle of the main girder where is in the region of positive bending moments, so the main cables are used as prestressed external cables to form girder-rope combined structure. The dead load is supported by main cables, and the horizontal force of the main cable and moment are supported by the prestress concrete box girders. The using of box girders can reduce deformation of live loads.This kind of bridge’s building height is l/40~l/50, and is suitable for 2- span or 3-span 100m continuous beam bridge. Traditional rafting cast- in- situ support restricts the application of this kind of bridge. During the constructing of Youdunxiang Bridge, the swinging technique is firstly applied to self-anchored suspension bridge’s construction. In addition, basin support is used as the spherical surface and slipway, which reduces the span and avoids difficulty of RC spherical surface. The technique is simple and easy which promotes the application of the new kind self-anchored suspension bridge. Abstract: The early damage in plate-type rubber bearings of the Daxie Bridge has shown up after the bridge is put into service for 5 years. In view of the damage phenomenon, this paper has analyzed the main reasons: the choice of rubber bearing, the shape factor, the designed stree of bearing, the fatigue strength reserve, the anti-jamming degrees and so on. The technical proposal of follow-up repairing and replacement is made. Key word: plate-type rubber bearing, T-shape beam; Early damage. 正交异性钢桥面沥青混凝土铺装层荷载图式研究 陈团结1,黄卫2,钱振东2 (中交第一公路勘察设计研究院1;东南大学ITS工程研究中心2) 摘要:钢桥面铺装荷载图式是钢桥面铺装力学分析的基础。利用三维有限元方法对265/70R19.5(11.00R20)轮胎与正交异性钢桥面铺装的接触过程进行了模拟,计算出了轮胎与铺装接触的平面分布以及接触区域内应力的分布特性。研究结果表明:轮胎与铺装接触区域的平面形状以及接触区域垂直应力分布等都随着汽车荷载的变化而变化;当汽车轴载超过100kN时,轮胎与铺装接触区域的平面形状近似为矩形;当轮胎作用于正交异性钢桥面U形加劲肋腹板顶面时,轮胎与铺装层接触区域的垂直应力横向分布接近于“凸”形,当轮胎作用域正交异性钢桥面板U加劲肋腹板之间时,接触区域的垂直应力横向分布接近于马鞍形。在钢桥面铺装力学分析时选用双矩形荷载能够较好的模拟轮胎与铺装接触平面的实际状况,而轮胎荷载的横向分布应该综合考虑轮胎作用最不利位置之后决定。 关键词:钢桥面;沥青混凝土铺装;荷载图式;有限元 Research on the Loading Pattern of Asphalt Pavement on Orthotropic Steel Deck CHEN Tuan-jie, HUANG Wei, QIANG Zhen-dong Abstract:Loading pattern is the basis of mechanical analysis of steel deck pavement. In this paper, 3-D FEM was used to simulate the contact process between tire (265/70R19.5) and deck pavement. The characteristic of contact area and stress distribution was studied. The results show that the contact area and stress between tire and pavement vary with the vehicle axle loading. When axle loading reaches 100kN, the contour of contact area is approximately rectangle; and when the tire is above the web of U stiffeners, the distribution of uprightness stress in the contact area is near peak type, and when the tire is on the pavement between webs of stiffeners, the distribution of uprightness stress is near concave type. Therefore, double rectangles loading pattern can simulate the contact between tire and pavement better than others, and the loading density should be chosen after the unfavorable position of the tire is considered properly. The road pavement disease shall be maintained timely, otherwise the situation may worsen and lead to cave in which may influence the transportation and traffic safety. In order to guarantee the bridge safety under control, the reasonable measure to maintain and manage the bridge shall be adopted. 钢筋混凝土桥梁地震易损性分析方法 陈 亮 (同济大学桥梁工程系) 摘要:总结了地震作用下钢筋混凝土桥梁主要构件的理论易损性曲线的建立方法及其基本步骤,并且应该考虑到地面运动、本地土壤条件以及桥梁本身参数等不确定性。进一步说明如何考虑桥梁主要易损构件如桥墩、支座和桥台等对整个桥梁体系易损性的影响,并且利用概率工具从单个构件的易损性直接预计桥梁体系的易损性,表明桥梁作为一个体系比任何一个单独的构件更易损。 关键词:钢筋混凝土;桥梁;地震;易损性曲线 Seismic fragility analytical methodology for reinforced concrete bridges CHEN Liang Abstract: An analytical method and it’s procedures to obtain analytical fragility curves of the major components of reinforced concrete bridges in earthquake is generalized considering uncertainties of seismic ground motion, local site condition and parameters of the bridge itself. What's more, the contribution of the major components of the bridge, such as the columns, bearings and abutments, to its overall bridge system fragility is considered and probability tools is utilized to directly estimate the bridge system fragility from the individual component fragilities. This study shows that the bridge as a system is more fragile than any one of the individual components.

工程地质雷达检测技术在道路改造工程中的应用
