摘要: 为了保护环境,节约资源,研究与应用胶粉沥青具有重要意义。试验结果表明,在沥青中掺加胶粉能有效改善沥青温度稳定性、高温性能以及粘附性等性能。由于利用胶粉沥青铺筑SMA路面,其性能符合现行规范技术要求,所以橡胶完全可以取代SBS改性沥青。

Construction of SMA Road Surface using Rubber Asphalt

Abstract: It is very important for environment protection and saving natural resources to research and utilize rubber asphalt. Experiment results show that asphalt performances are improved by adding rubber powder, such as temperature stability, high temperature property and adhesion. Because performances of SMA mixture with rubber asphalt conform to demands of existing specification, it can substitute SBS modified asphalt for construction of SMA road surface.

摘要:台背地基处理是控制桥头路基工后沉降、解决桥头跳车的重要方法,通过介绍了CCMG用于地基加固原理和国外的一些成功经验、CCMG施工工艺,以及该施工方法用于上海长江大桥桥头地基处理中的初期效果、未来展望,为将来解决桥头跳车提供了新的途径。

       The Application of CCMG on Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge Head Foundation Construction

Abstact:  Abutment foundation treatment is an important measure to control post-construction settlement and bridge head bumping. This paper presents the strengthening mechanism, construction technology of CCMG foundation treatment, and its overseas experience. Then earlier effect of this method used in Shanghai Yangtse River Bridge Head Foundation treatment was introduced. This method provides a new approach to solve bridge head bumping in the future.

世博会园区HEC固结渣土路基加固工艺研究及应用

  世博会园区范围内大片旧厂房和民居拆迁产生大量的建筑废渣,应用高强度高耐水土体固结剂(HEC)作为胶凝材料固结建筑废渣。以此作为路基处理的方法,可以起到废物利用,材料节省的效果,是一种绿色环保的施工技术。介绍了国内首次采用HEC对建筑渣土进行固结的科研攻关及大面积施工情况。

        The Research and Application of HEC strengthened Waste Soil in EXPO Road Subgrade

Abstract:  Great deal of construction waste produced due to the housebreaking of workshops and houses in World Expo sample area. HEC used as binder material can recycle these wastes in pavement subgrade and save resources. So it is a green construction technology. This paper also introduces the first use of HEC to concrete construction waste and the instance of huge area construction.

透水性道路研究进展

摘要:透水性道路是新型的路面结构,其独特的透水功能引起了国内外道路工程和材料工程广泛的关注。从道路透水与排水结构系统、透水路面材料组成设计、施工工艺与设备、路面透水性能评价与维护技术等四个方面系统总结了国内外透水性道路的研究进展,通过对比指出我国透水性道路研究中存在的主要问题和需要改进的关键技术,为我国今后在透水性道路方面的深入研究提供参考。

Review of Permeable Pavement Research Development

Abstract: The permeable pavement, a new-style road structurehas aroused great attention at home and abroad in road and material engineering fields due to its excellent permeability. A review of permeable pavement research was summarized in this paper from four aspects: permeable and drainage structure system, material composition design, construction technology and equipments, permeable performance evaluation and maintenance. Moreover, the main problems and key technology of permeable pavement to be improved in China were proposed by contrasting, which can be referred in further study.

城市高架组合结构桥梁国际发展概况

  要:简要介绍了组合结构桥梁在欧美等发达国家的发展应用情况,接着对组合钢板梁桥、组合钢箱梁桥、波折腹板组合箱梁桥以及钢桁腹杆组合桥等城市高架桥梁中常用的组合结构桥梁的技术特点进行了分析与阐述,对近年来为提升组合结构桥梁在小跨度范围的竞争力而开发的新型组合结构桥梁的技术特点与创新点进行了介绍。最后指出:组合结构桥梁可以从钢桥与混凝土桥中找到共同结合点,使结构设计、施工、维修更趋合理并具有全寿命经济性。应该在新一轮城市桥梁建设中抓住机遇、大力发展。

International development of city viaduct composite bridge

AbstractThe development of composite bridge in developed countries such as the countries in Europe and America etc. was introduced firstly. Then the technical characteristics of composite plate girder bridge, composite box girder bridge, composite bridge with corrugated steel webs, composite truss bridge were analyzed and expatiated. The technical characteristics and innovative points of new-style composite bridge, improved in recent years in the competitiveness of composite bridge in short-span bridges, were introduced. In the end, it concludes that the common points of steel bridges and concrete bridges can be found to make the design, construction and maintenance of composite bridges more reasonable and more economical in life-time circle, and the composite bridges should be developed strongly in the new circle of city bridge construction.

桁式钢管混凝土拱桥面内极限承载受力全过程研究

Study on whole forcing process under in-plane ultimate load of CFST arch bridge truss arch bridge

Abstract:. A model of 308m CFST arch bridge was presented to investigate the whole forcing process under in-plane ultimate load, considering dual nonlinearity. And the result is compared with elasto-plasticity FEM and predigestion method concluded from active codes. Some useful conclusions are reached.

确定系杆拱桥吊杆初始张拉力方案及施工控制

摘要:利用力的平衡条件,推导出一种以系杆拱桥的系杆为相应刚性支承连续梁弯矩为目标控制量的吊杆钢束初始张拉力的确定方法,同时考虑了整体结构与预应力钢筋的作用。利用得到的目标控制量,实现在每一施工阶段或在确定的某一状态下对吊杆的张拉。得到吊杆与阶段张拉的施工控制程序,该程序使施工张拉过程简单明确,能较为准确地使系杆达到期望的内力状态和合适的线形要求,最终使成桥状态达到满意的结果,为大跨径系杆拱桥的设计与施工提供一种参考方法。

The method of computing initial stretching force of the hanger of tied arch bridge and construction control

Abstruct: Based on the basic concept of mechanics, considering the function of integral structure and prestressing steelbar, the method to determine the initial stretching force of the hanger corresponds to the reaction force of rigidly supported continous beam target controlled quantity was derivated  According to the target controlled quantity, each construction stage and each static of hanger can be strengthed correctly. The stretching control procedure was proposed which was easy and correct for engineering in practice, for it can help to gain the right stress static and good linetype. The result can be referred to design and construction of large span tied arch bridges.

系杆拱桥施工中大吨位横梁用连续千斤顶安装技术

摘要:系杆拱桥采用无支架施工时,无论拱肋安装及横梁吊装,均需采用大型起重设备.介绍了实桥施工中采用连续千斤顶安装大吨位横梁的成功经验,不需采用大型起重设备,发展了系杆拱桥无支架施工工艺,值得在类似桥梁施工中推广该项技术。

             Continuous Jack Installation Techniques for Heavy Beams in Tied Arch Bridge

Abstract: In the construction of Tied Arch Bridge by using Stentless construction technology , the arch installation and beam lifting all require the use of a large-lifting equipment. This paper presents the successful experience in which continuous jack construction technology is used in the actual construction, instead of the use of lifting equipment. This is the development of the Arch Bridge construction technique in stentless construction, and the technology is worthy of promoting in the similar bridge construction..

拱桥气弹模型的设计、修正与测试

  通过一座主跨为450m的中承式拱桥全桥模型风洞试验总结了大跨径拱桥全桥气弹模型的设计、修正与测试的经验。模型设计是风洞试验的基础,而拱桥模型芯梁设计应考虑到拱桥结构的复杂性和各个振型的特点。首先针对拱桥进行了动力特性分析,即进行气弹模型的有限元建模并对几个结构参数对基频的影响进行了分析。在模型调试过程中,提出了质量影响矩阵法,能明显减少模型调试次数,提高试验效率,是一种可行而高效的调节方法。作为动力特性测试的补充,模型静力刚度检验是进行风洞试验前一个重要环节,最后还介绍了这座中承式拱桥的静力刚度测试的过程。

Designing, Updating and Calibrating of a Full Bridge Aeroelastic Model for an Arch Bridge

Abstract: The experience for designing, updating and calibrating of a full bridge aero-elastic model for an arch bridge is summarized. A half-through arch bridge with the span of 450m is used as a study case. The designing of full bridge model is the basis of the wind tunnel testing, but due to its structural complexity, the designing of full bridge model for an arch bridge becomes more complicated. The dynamic characteristics of the arch bridge are firstly analyzed. A FEM model for the full bridge aero-elastic model is built and the influences of some structural parameters on the dynamic properties are investigated. During the model updating, Mass Influence Matrix Method (MIMM) is proposed which can remarkably reduce updating times and proves to be a practical and effective method. As a supplement for calibrating the full bridge aero-elastic model, Static Rigidity Test (SRT) of model is used before wind tunnel test. In the end, the process of SRT is presented for the arch bridge.

沥青混合料回收粉的利用研究

摘要:通过系统地研究了矿粉和回收粉的基本性质以及对沥青胶结料高、低温和疲劳性能以及沥青混合料高、低温和水稳定性能的影响,并对掺有矿粉和回收粉的沥青混合料路用性能做了一定研究。结果表明,在工程应用中根据实际情况适当采用经严格质量控制回收粉,既能保证沥青混合料的质量,又能节约建设资金,对于提高沥青混合料性能也有一定意义。

Research on the Use of Asphalt Mixture Reclaimed Stone Dust

Abstract: This paper studied basic characters of mineral filler and reclaimed stone dust, its effect on high-low temperature performance, fatigue performance of asphalt binder, and the effect on high-low temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture, as well as the performance of asphalt mixture with mineral filler and reclaimed dust used in road. The result shows that proper use on mineral filler and reclaimed dust under rigid control in project can assure the quality of asphalt mixture, save budget and even improve the performance of asphalt mixture.

上海市节假日公路交通特征及交通量相关性分析

Shanghai holiday highway traffic characteristics and relativity of traffic volume analysis

Abstract: With the observed data of the Data Analysis and application system of Shanghai highway traffic survey, this paper contrastively analyzes Shanghai highway traffic characteristics between holidays and working days to reveal Golden Week's traffic patterns. The analysis results of the relativity of traffic volume between the May Day and National day was applied into the transportation information release.

Study on the Structure of Database of the Freeway Signs

Abstract: This paper analyses the features of freesway signs, and then gives the structure of freeway signs information database. A 4-level structure of traffic signs information was developed, and gives an example to show the way to get the information.
